The data controller is the responsible party of the BORTIB project, currently in beta testing phase. For any request regarding personal data, please contact [email protected].
2. Data Collected
Through the registration form, we collect only the information voluntarily provided by the user: name, email address, optional TradingView username, and area of interest. No profiling activities are carried out and no third-party tracking tools are used.
3. Purpose of Processing
Data is processed solely for communications related to the BORTIB project, beta updates, and information about the evolution of the service. The legal basis for processing is the user’s explicit consent.
4. Data Storage
Data is stored on server infrastructure located within the European Union and hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany). No extra-EU transfers are performed. Data is retained only for the time necessary to fulfill the stated purposes or until deletion is requested.
5. Data Sharing
Personal data is not sold, transferred, or used for external commercial purposes. It may be processed solely by the data controller and by infrastructure providers necessary for the technical operation of the website.
6. User Rights
Users may request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data at any time by contacting [email protected], in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
7. Project Status
BORTIB is currently in a beta testing phase. This policy may be updated as the project evolves.
